It was Tuesday evening on H Street, on the one rainy day of the week. But in Sally’s Middle Name, this engagement session completely brightened my spirits. These artists (Heather a talented singer/songwriter, Sarah an amazing DC photographer) met at music festival years ago, fell in love, relocated to DC, where they hold such a presence in the community. I had the best time photographing their hilarity, their sweetness, and couldn’t stop thinking that we should all be so lucky to find someone who looks at us the way these two look at each other.
